Citizens Advice Hammersmith and Fulham (CAHF) is the leading provider of generalist advice services in Hammersmith and Fulham. We help approximately 12,000 people each year with free, confidential, and impartial advice on a wide range of issues.

We are looking to recruit motivated enthusiastic Advisers who have substantive experience of providing generalist advice, and a background in delivering advice in Citizens Advice or an equivalent advice agency.

The successful candidates will be expected to have considerable knowledge of topics that affect individuals, seeking our help including welfare rights, housing employment, debt and other associated issues.

This role requires a passion for working with people, helping them through challenging situations.
