New regulations that introduce a new prescribed form for a notice under section 21 of the Housing Act 1988 informing a tenant that the landlord intends to seek recovery of possession of a property let on an assured shorthold tenancy, and additionally specifies existing obligations with which landlords must comply if they wish to make use of the section 21 eviction procedure.
