Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service launches ‘Ordinary Actions Case Tracker’

Announcing the launch of the service today, Executive Director of the Judicial Office for Scotland Riley Power said:

This innovative tool is designed to enhance the management and tracking of civil cases, significantly improving the efficiency of legal proceedings in Scotland.

SCTS says the key features of the Case Tracker include:

- Functionality for Civil Online users to track their Ordinary Actions in the Sheriff Court and ASSPIC​​;
- Easy access to the timetable for personal injury actions​​;
- Past and future hearings to be displayed on Civil Online​​;
- Tracking for Ordinary Actions (Ordinary, Commercial, Family and Personal Injury)​​;
- Only cases registered after go live date will be trackable; and
- Real-Time Case Tracking: Users can monitor the status and progression of cases with up-to-date information on documents lodged, court dates, and Interlocutors.
