I saw this in the UC guidance.  In your experience, does this work? Are the claims actually fast tracked? I might send a copy of the claim form to this address…

“Refugees can also make a claim for Child Benefit using a paper-based application CH2 form which is available on GOV.UK. All applications will be fast-tracked as long as the form is annotated with the words ‘fast track’ and sent to: Postal Operations Department Child Benefit Office PO Box 1 Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE98 1AA.”

Anyone? I am still hopefully annotating claim froms with ChB fast track but whenever I speak to the enquiry line, they don’t seem to have heard of it!
I miss the intermediary line :-(

Hi! Did you get any replies to this in the end? I would be very interested - in my experience ChB claims for refugees are the exact opposite of fast tracked :D
