The system has broken
I am in touch with lots of people trying to claim UC; they are reporting hold times upward of 2 hours to book their first appointment. A queuing screen appears to have been deployed for the Post Office’s Verify system that was showing 41000 people waiting earlier today.
Any tips or tricks to prevent claims closing would be handy; I’ve been going with the faithful “message on your journal” to start with.
