Reporting changes of rent in UCFS areas
Hi all
have always been advised that it is, without exception, the responsiblity of clients/ cliamants to report rent changes in UCFS areas
However a colleague has just told me that he understands that if the client’s HCE is paid to the landlord via an APA then the landlord is expected to report the rent change to UC ( and will be lialbe for ovepraid benefit etc if fails to do so)
Anyone else heard of this and if it is correct how would the l/lord report the rent change to UC?
