Sex Discrimination Code of Practice (Equal Pay) (Appointed Day) Order (Northern Ireland) 2013

New regulations provide that the Code of Practice on Equal Pay, issued by the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland, came into effect on 22 July 2013 - this replaces the previous Code of Practice which came into effect in May 1999.

Employment Appeal Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 2013

New regulations that make consequential changes to the Employment Appeal Tribunal Rules 1993 to take account of the introduction of fees when an appeal from a decision of the employment tribunals is made to the Employment Appeal Tribunal, and also other minor changes in relation to unmeritorious appeals.
