EEA Coordination - unregistered worker
Any views on whether a Latvian national who was employed and paying national insurance but not registered with the WRS would have been covered by the old Coordination Regulation 1408/71 during the asscession period?
There were derogations from 1408/71 in the accession treaty iirc so I doubt it.
