UC and under 25 claimant with LCW/LCWRA after 13 wks
Just wondering if someone can clarify for me whether a claimant under 25 on UC who is found to have LCW/LCWRA would continue to receive the under 25 rate even after 13wks?
I can’t find anything that says that they would get the higher amount as is the case for ESA now? And would be the case for someone claiming ESA (C) at the same time.
