Paralympics Team GB lottery funding and JSA…........

Hello all

We have rarely dealt with this situation, we have a client who was advised to sign off following an award of Sports Council funding for Team GB due to excess income?

We know that some of the funding can be disregarded but is there a defined list anyone has? Can the funding allocated for travel costs to and from the various training venues be disregarded in full?

If so this then begs the question as to why our client had their JSA clam closed…...........

Client receives DLA but did not have a restricted Jobseekers agreement as evidence of disability not handed into JCP.
