Hardship
I have had a client whose benefit has been sanctioned and they only have CTC and CB as income.
There used to be hardship loans/grants available for people with dependant children but I am struggling to find the criteria or how to claim hardship. Has this been abolished along with crisis loans, ccgs etc?
My client rang Jobcentre Plus and was told “Hardship money? - Theres no such thing”
