London councils face questions for housing families outside the capital
The Guardian reports that Housing minister Mark Prisk will meet London councils today to discuss concerns about the “unacceptable and avoidable” measures that local authorities are using, in response to housing benefit cuts that are shrinking the number of properties affordable for temporary accommodation.
