IS top up to IB
I’ve really started to question myself on what used to be a simple issue so would like to run this by you.
Client currently on IB and DLA LRC. Her husband’s ESA CB has recently changed to ESA IR.
If he withdraws his ESA IR can she now claim IS to top her IB up to app amount to inc the dp?
