An adviser pointed out to CPAG that migration notices don’t currently include information about contacting the migration helpline using textphone/relay, although this info appears on the Move to UC webpage (http://www.gov.uk/guidance/tax-credits-and-some-benefits-are-ending-move-to-universal-credit)

We got in touch with DWP and they now say that they plan to add this information to the migration notice in the next few weeks.

However,  they have also said the at most dDeaf claimants should not be getting their notices yet:

‘The deferral covers anyone that we know needs a Migration Notice in an alternative format or needs to contact / be contacted in a different method. This would cover most claimants that are deaf, or have other health conditions and disabilities that aren’t necessarily mentioned individually on the list of deferred claimants.’

The list of deferred claimants only mentions visually impaired claimants: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/managed_migration_guidance_may_2?nocache=incoming-2682842#incoming-2682842
