A live-in scheme manager
Morning all
As part of an annual rent increase exercise, an RP has provided a full rental breakdown for a sheltered scheme we pay HB on. Nothing of major concern until we noticed that the cost of a live-in scheme manager is factored into a service charge WHICH ALSO INCLUDE his share of the utilities (personal gas and electricity). I’m torn on whether this part of the ‘court manager service charge’ would be eligible or ineligible for the residents HB claims.
Thank you
Andrew
