Second Adult rebate Backdate
Am I correct in thinking that the rules to get a second adulte rebate backdated are the same as for CTB and the maximum is 6 months.
Second Adult Rebate is just convenient shorthand for alternative maximum council tax benefit under S131 of the 1992 Act, so in reality it is CTB, and the CTB backdating rules apply
