Other measures recommended in a new report from an all-party parliamentary group include the introduction of a national licence for landlords, more training for those letting properties, a requirement for landlords to provide details of the utility bills associated with the property they are renting, and development of a single guide for tenants on renting a property which includes a checklist of questions they should ask.
