Pension Credit Delays
We have had clients who have been waiting months (some more than 5 months) to receive a decision on their Pension Credit claim. I called the Pension Service to obtain information on which applications they are processing currently (e.g. those submitted in March 2024). The adviser said they look at all the applications when submitted, but this does not explain the processing delays.
Have you recently seen delays in decisions being made on Pension Credit claims?
