Phone Number Required
Hi,
Does anyone have a telephone number for the team who deal with subject access data requests at Seaham Pension Centre?
We submitted a request 55 days ago which remains unanswered. I telephoned the customer contact line and the rep who answered said “what is one of those?” and “I’ve worked here for 8 years and never heard of it” . Then he refused to put me through the the data controller or the team who deals with data protection issues.
Am I surprised? Not really….
Just in case you haven’t already tried this, if you search cablink.org.uk for ‘Escalation contacts for Pension Centres’ you’ll find a page of that name, which has name and private contact details for Pension Centre Liaison Officers, for Seaham and various other pension centres.
Just anecdotally, the last time I tried this with Seaham they weren’t especially helpful, but I see the contact person is a different name now.
