Ineligible partner - Benefit Cap
Hi
I have a couple who are treated as a single UC claim because one of them is an ineligible partner.
I’m advising on their budget for PRS accommodation in London.
Am I correct in saying that the Benefit Cap will be for a single person? They can’t take advantage of the higher benefit cap for a couple?
