Applications for (Pre) settled status
Hi All
Does an adviser need to be Immigration Regulated in order to assist clients with applications for pre settled and settled status?

Yes. It requires level 1 OISC registration or exemption (e.g. of the sort that CABx have). There is a special scheme to register as level 1 solely for these purposes but don’t think it is open any longer.
