Payment of PIP mobility and NHS funded care (caselaw)

Hi, I’m looking for a test case I have told about on PIP that involves payment of the mobility component whilst some NHS funding is in place. I can’t seem to find anything on it at the moment. Does anyone know if the case has been heard and the outcome?

We’ve been trying, without success, to get clarification on NHS funded nursing care payments and PIP eligibility as there is some inconsistent decision making taking place.

Hi Paul,

No I’m aware of that decision but someone has mentioned another case that was going through the courts last year. I’m in the same position of having different decisions and have 2 appeals currently ongoing. I’ll keep hunting.
