Another SDP query
I feel I have been over thinking this and would appreciate some clarification- Cl is getting NS ESA and PIPS but had too much capital to get any means tested benefits. Had they been entitled they would have had an SDP included.
The capital has now diminished so can they claim IR ESA and HB or does it have to be UC?

If it’s new style ESA then no income-related top up I’m afraid
