External Stakeholder Workshops - Combining UC50 & ESA50 Forms

Colleagues from ESA and UC Research are looking for external stakeholders willing to take part in insight gathering workshops around the experience of customers completing a UC50 / ESA50 Questionnaire, specifically reviewing a new prototype of a single, combined version of the two forms.

Thanks to those of you who have already offered to their support with this, it is much appreciated!

The driver behind this change is to bring consistency across the two benefits to ensure no customers are disadvantaged by delaying the Work Capability Assessment process.

We also want to provide consistency of outcomes and decisions, as identical information will be gathered regardless of which benefit claimed.

Your insight will help capture an accurate understanding of customer struggles with completing the UC50 or ESA50 questionnaire.

A copy of the draft, prototype form is attached. This is for any external stakeholders to review before attending one of the workshops offered and not for general sharing publicly as it has not been fully proofed, amended and cleared for use at this time. 

We will use the stakeholder insight gathered to redesign the existing proto-type and make improvements whilst merging the two forms.

Dates and Times

Session 1 will take place on Wednesday 11 September 2024 at 10.30am

Session 2 will take place on Thursday 12 September 2024 at 2pm

There are two sessions in order to give our stakeholders more opportunities to join us. Both sessions will cover the same material and will run for no more than 90 minutes.
