Bedroom tax and LHA temporary relief

I can’t see the regulations for allowing 52 weeks relief from these following a death or 16 weeks where the person could afford the place before.  I would have thought they would be in schedule 4 of the UC regs, but I can’t see them.

Can anyone enlighten me?

I don’t think there’s any equivalent in UC.

Protection on bereavement is partly covered (to a limited extent and in certain cases only) by the general (up to) 3 month run-on after a death provision - Reg 37.
