Employment Tribunals (Increase of Maximum Deposit) Order 2012

New regulations substitute maximum sum of deposit that may be specified in regulations authorising employment tribunals to order payment of deposit if a party wishes to continue to participate in proceedings, replacing £500 with £1,000.
