Employment Tribunal appeals up by 70 per cent compared to same quarter last year

New Ministry of Justice figures for July to September 2015 also show that there were 5,200 Employment Tribunal issue fees requested and, of these, 3,500 (67 per cent) cases had the full issue fee paid outright whilst 1,200 (23 per cent) cases were awarded either a full or partial issue fee remission.
