Appeal to Upper Tribunal re one component only

At a recent appeal, client was awarded HRC but HRM on grounds of Severe Mental Impairment refused by majority decision.  Iasked for reasons re the mobility comp only and stated that my client was happy with the award of HRC.  Reasons deal with HRM only and simply state that HRC was awarded on the basis of the evidence.

If we get leave to appeal to the Upper Tribunal, is it likely that the award of HRC (now in payment) will be suspended pending the outcome of that appeal?  I am fairly confident that I can defend the award of HRC if it is challenged now or at a rehearing.
