Form for UC hardship payments?
Anyone have experience of helping clients apply for Universal Credit hardship payments? If so, which form was your client told to use?
DWP replied to this Freedom of Information request on 19th December 2013 https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/universal_credit_hardship_paymen#incoming-462725 to say that a form was being developed and would be brough out in due course. As far as I know, nothing’s been brought out yet?
