DWP DMG Memo 15/14 on HRT & R2R

A new MG memo has just been issued on the HRT & R2R tests

It looks like the DWP interpretation of Genuine Prospect of Work (GPoW) test will be very restrictive and basically means the EEA claimant has got to show either a job offer or some very good reason why a change of circs is likely to lead to an imminent job offer (e.g. completion of vocational training or moving to somewhere with lots of work) - “I’m looking very hard and applying for lots of jobs” isn’t going to be enough by the DWP’s interpretation.
