Can a single IS claimant have the Disability Premium, Severe Disability Premium and the Enhanced Disability Premium added to their applicable amount? I always thought they could but looking at the DMG 23053 there is no mention of the EDP being added on as well as the other two. Have the rules changed in the last few months or am I looking in the wrong place in the DMG?

I think you’re right (that there’s no problem with DP+EDP+SDP ) - I don’t believe the regs have changed.

I’m guessing that 23053 para 3 : “DP at the enhanced single rate” is a mangled reference to EDP so SDP (para 1) and EDP (para 3) can both be paid on top of DP.

I can’t make sense of the “single rate” part of para 3 - could it just be an error?
