I have a client who has received several disallowances and sanctions. We have been to tribunal for 5 out of the 7 and been successful in all of them. 3 were ASE disallowances, 2 were sanctions onf for FTA ESE participation both were given four week sanctions.
The next 2 appeals are 1 disallowance for ASE and then the resulting sanction for which he was given a 13 week sanction.

My question is should this 13 week sanction be revised to a 4 week sanction because the Tribunal have allowed the other disallowances?

I tried looking but cannot find anything about what should happen in this case.
