There’ll be no difference to anywhere else; after 6 months; unless a claimant can show a R2R under provisions other than the Collins principles (i.e. Jobseekers) then it should be reviewed and will probably stop subject to appeal.

I suspect, as has been tried before, in old school areas we will start to see decisions limiting awards to 6 months now; whether there is provision to do that under UC & the new Claims and Payment regs I don’t know but I’d be surprised if there isn’t.
