I’ve been informed by those who know about these things that apparently the likely issue is anyone using IE9 web browser will have difficulties viewing the page. So you either need to update your browser to IE10 or use Firefox or Chrome instead maybe?

If I had the chance, it would be a fine thing (IE8, and only just limping along)
