Carers Credit
Can someone still be entitled to the Carers Premium or have underlying entitlement to the Carers Premium for HB purposes if they start work after claiming Carers Allowance and their earnings are in excess of the limit?? looked everywhere to no avail, clutching at straws here
Only for 8 weeks after CA ends. See Sch 3 para 17 of the HB Regs.
