Gareth Morgan and I have clearly been thinking along similar lines. I’ve produced an experimental HTML version of the ADM. The main advantage of this format is that (almost) all the paragraph and chapter references have been changed into hyperlinks. You can also link directly to individual paragraphs from external HTML documents eg http://www.redisland.net/adm.html#H2021
