Disability Premium on means-tested claims

Hello all

Apologies but the grey matter is a tad challenged today…..........

We have a case where a client was in receipt of Incapacity Benefit and Income Support from 2006 -2012 including Disability Premium and then moved onto JSA for several months. The DP was not added to the JSA claim - is this correct?? No DLA entitlement but client qualified originally for DP award after being deemed incapacitated for over 12 months.

It’s probably me but all advice appreciated as always :)

If the claimant wasn’t getting DLA then I think the entitlement to the DP ended with his IB/IS claim
