Childcare costs
Why are the government (some education minister on the tv this morning) saying they will pay 85% of childcare costs under uni credit - my understanding is it is 70% as with tax credits?
Or is another change coming?
Extra money going into UC - £200M. The 85% figure though is its value for tax-payers so what that actually means isn’t clear.
