DWP seeking insight into targeted case reviews

The Targeted Case Review (TCR) Project Team have asked us to support them in arranging communications focussed discussions with external stakeholders who engage with Universal Credit claimants. The purpose of these discussions is to gather stakeholder insight about Targeted Case Reviews, known to claimants as the Universal Credit Claim Review (UCR), to help inform future communications.

We are running 2 informal discussion groups in June to discuss:

What do you know about claim reviews?
What are you hearing from clients / customers / service users?
What do you and your clients / customers / service users want or need to support engagement?

Dates and Times

Session 1 will take place on Tuesday 4th June from 14:00 – 15:30.

Session 2 will take place on Thursday 6th June from 10:00 – 11:30.

As always we would really appreciate your help with promoting these discussion groups to colleagues within your organisation.

There are two sessions in order to give colleagues within your organisation more opportunities to join us. Both sessions will cover the same material and will run for no more than 90 minutes.
