Non payment of PIP info not supplied by “support worker”
PIP recipient was being previously advised when living in another part of Eng. a couple of years ago by support worker who did not provide DWP with info as regardsmobility living needs , as part of a review re award of mobility award.} Client health has worsened so they are terminally ill
