PIP Certificate of Entitlement

Hi, is a Certificate of Entitlement (for road tax exemption) still being sent with the PIP decision letter to those who have been awarded enhanced PIP mobility?
If yes, has anyone had issues with these being absent?
Although a standard PIP mobility rate award entitles someone to a 50% reduction in road tax, I don’t think similar Certificates of Entitlement are sent.
