PIP DMs making offers again
I’ve just taken a call from one of my more sensible clients. She’s had a call from a DM reminiscent of the bad old days with PIP DMs were telling people their appeals would not proceed should they accept an offer of a lower award.
The DM was apparently quite forceful in his approach and said sensible client was firmly under the impression the appeal would be a dead duck if she accepted.
