PIP Review Form Extensions

Hi,

Slightly concerning call from a client today regarding PIP review forms.

Client’s PIP award was extended until March 2022 due to COVID-19. They’ve now just received a letter stating that he needs to complete the Award Review form - client phoned up the DWP to be told that he does need to complete it because they are “concerned” about the back log of claims and it might not be sorted before March 2022!!

Has anyone else been experiencing something similar?

Its quite concerning that they’ve cited back log issues for asking to review a year in advance - How long is the back log??
