Baby premium form April

Is the baby premium going from April for existing claims or just for new claims?
I notice the LASA benefit rates leaflet still has a baby premim on it.

It all ends in April, dependant on individual circumstances, see para’s 29 to 34 of A26/2010.

The £10.50 additional family premium (baby premium)  for HB/CTB will cease in April (ending 11 April at the latest) - see paras 29-34 of circular A26/2010 ( http://www.dwp.gov.uk/docs/a26-2010.pdf .)
