DLA helpline - unable to get through to request date stamped forms
Similar to issues reported many times with the PIP helpline cutting off etc - myself and colleagues are now finding we can’t even get through to the DLA helpline to request a new claim pack for DLA.
Wondered if others are having issues too but can’t see a recent thread about this?
As this establishes a potential start date for a claim we’re keen to raise this as quickly as possible
Contacts I have seem may be out of date as from over 2 yrs ago
I’ve heard from a couple of customers that they have been told by DLA that they do not date stamp claims any more, which I think is not correct (as you say - if you can get through) to order one!
We have had a number of AA forms not arrive at the customers address after we have ordered them, which is apparently a technical issue.
