I am trying to find out when the TSDPE will be increased following the 4th decision in TP and AR etc.

This is the link to the case which should have meant the for single people the TSDPE would be around £180 per month instead of £120.

I have recently won a TSDPE appeal and my client has been paid the the £120 per month rate. Should I challenge this amount following the above case or has the DWP agreed to the higher amounts (i.e. including the EDP), and if so, when is this going to be paid?

The DWP will need to implement some sort of fix to correct the position. The when and how are unknown as far as I am aware but something will turn up eventually.

Very frustrating, I appreciate, but that is the nature of these sorts of judicial reviews. The court will only declare the current state of affairs to be wrong and its then up to the government to come up with something else and see if that holds up.
