PIP and retirement claim
I have a client who put in a PIP claim before retirement age. The claim was unsuccessful and between making the claim and being refused inititially and at MR he has reached retirment age. Can we still appeal?
Yes basically, it’s about the state of their health at the date of claim and therefore the decision you are challenging is pre-SPA.
