Hi all, does anybody have any experience of the best way to submit a PIP claim when the household are all BSL users? Daughter has been on DLA and has received the letter inviting them to claim PIP. The household can only communicate via BSL interpreter, email or text. No apparent access to textphone.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Many thanks

I don’t think textphones are available anymore unless you find one second hand - but the same text relay service is provided through a free smartphone app. Often come across people with hearing loss who have found it helpful for official calls.
