Hi, can anyone please provide a Commissioners Decision or 2 to assist in the following:
Cl iro DLA at MR Care and LR Mob - at renewal this was reduced to LR Care and LR Mob.
SDP on IS therefore no longer apt and IS stopped.
IS OP as cl did not advise IS direct BUT DLA stated on T that they advise all relevant depts of any changes!
I need to put some meat on the bones of the Appeal and therefore need a few Commissioners Decisions if any one has any….there must be some….?
Cheers.

If it is a change of circumstance that has been unambiguously notified to a claimant as one he needs to disclose then the duty to disclose is absolute.  However, that duty can be modified by subsequent information given to the claimant by on officer of the DWP.  The usual problem with that is proving it.
