Payment of Personal Independence Payment - Client in Residential Care and Section 117 Funded
My Client has been moved from hospital to residential care. She, while previously residing in Supported Living Accommodation had been receiving PIP Daily Living and Mobility Component. Is she entitled to the mobility component now,
or does the nature of her funding not allow this?
Provided it is residential care home and not a nursing home, then I think the mobility element can be reinstated.
